October 23-25, 2013
Welcome Reception Oct. 22nd - 6pm

Location

Paradise Point Resort
San Diego, CA

Why Attend

When you allow yourself to dream big, to shift your thinking, to see what's truly possible, your whole world can change.

And we're making a change this year with the Thriving Firm Symposium (in place of our past Conferences). This is something truly different for our members. Challenging. Inspiring. Beyond expectation.

Learning Areas

» Clarity, Communication, Service, and Presence
» Alignment, Value, Growth, Client Experience and Resources
» Leadership, Marketing, Business Advisory
» Business Development, Culture, Client Retention
» Practice Management, Team Development, Mgt. Systems

All members of your firm will be served by attending.

How It's Different

We've developed this member-only event to serve your whole team on very specific levels -- based on aspects of Self and Firm-mastery.

You and your team will experience functional workshops, directed discussion roundtables, a powerful alignment session, and much more.

Bring your goals. You'll leave with results.

Thriving Firm Symposium Members General Session

Who This is For

The Thriving Firm Symposium is for RAN ONE Thriving Firm practices. Whether you've attended past events or not, this event is geared to suit members like you who want work to be on your terms.

That means more than just partners. Each team member affects the success of your firm, including profitability, culture, client satisfaction, growth, and more. The Symposium targets the challenges of individual and firm-wide growth in this collaborative space.

So if you are a Masters Program alumni or are still figuring out how to be a valued advisor or are anywhere in between, the Thriving Firm Symposium is for you to get empowered.

CPE Credits

CPE credits will be awarded for the first two days of the event. Current Masters Program participants will receive CPE in accordance with the Masters Program guidelines.

Other attendees can earn up to 14 CPE credits.

A CPE information sheet will be available soon with learning objectives, fields of study, program levels, and prerequisites.

Why Attending Matters

There's a new shift taking place in the accounting profession. Firm leaders are questioning why they have to accept precedent and status quo. Up-and-comers are influencing the profession with new ideas, and are shaking up current business models.

The Symposium embraces this shift. And in true Thriving Firm style, this event will provide everyone in your firm with long-lasting guidance and insights to have a
cutting edge practice and career.
